I was born, raised, and educated in Yonkers, NY. My post-high school education took me to Bloomfield College (NJ) where I earned the Bachelor of Arts degree in history and philosophy. Then it was on to Chicago where I did my seminary training at McCormick Theological Seminary, receiving a Master of Divinity degree in 1965. In 1980 I returned to McCormick from which I earned the degree, Doctor of Ministry in 1985.
